What Is an RBT?
A Registered Behavior Technician is a paraprofessional certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). RBTs work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to implement behavior-analytic interventions.
